Take notice that the Sixth Annual General Meeting will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday October 6, 2011 at the Franco Manitoban Cultural Centre, 340 Provencher Ave, in Winnipeg.
And take notice that the following business shall be conducted at the said meeting:
- Consideration of Minutes of previous AGM
- Consideration of Annual Report
- Approval of AMI Financial Report for 2010-2011
- Re-election of Directors
- Damon Schuler – 3 y term
- Bryan Kehler – 3 y term
- Kristine Perlmutter – 3 y term
- Appointment of Auditor
